   ACCESS QUESTIONS   
1. How long do I have to wait until my login works for the members area?
You'll just have to wait for between 2 and 5 little minutes for your username/password to be propagated on all our servers. If after 10/15 minutes your account doesn't work, just contact us at webmaster@ridingfever.com - make sure you tell us as much info as possible so we can fix the problem quickly!
2. I didn't receive my login information, what can I do?
If you didn't receive an email with your access information after signing up, you can try to retreive it using the RETRIEVE FORM located at the bottom of this page. However, it may not work if you have entered the wrong email or used an unworking email when you signed up. If you can't retrieve your access information using that form, you have to contact us as soon as possible so we can send you your access to get into the Ridingfever members area - you can contact us at webmaster@ridingfever.com
3. My access isn't working, how can I get it fixed?
Sometimes, it happens that an access doesn't work - you are experiencing that problem when your login/pass don't work to access the Ridingfever Members Area. If you have that problem, first make sure you're typing the good username and password. It can get tricky sometimes, you could type a L (l) instead of 1 (one) etc. If it still doesn't work, contact us at webmaster@ridingfever.com so we can help you as quickly as possible
4. I'm not prompted to enter my username/password trying to access the members area?
You have to setup your browser so you'll be prompted to enter your username and password. Follow these directions to do so :
 
  • From the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, select Internet Options.
  • Click the Security tab.
  • Click the Custom Level button.
  • If you scroll down on the next menu, you will see "USER AUTHENTICATION: Logon". Be sure that ANONYMOUS is not selected. If it is, then you will not be prompted to enter a username and password.

5. I lost my password, how do I retreive it?
You can easily retreive your password by filling the following form, we'll send you an instant email including your username and your password to access the Ridingfever Members Area :

6. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your membership at anytime, by filling the following form with your subscription ID OR your username :

TicketsClub is a payment processor for content-based websites. When you proceed to the join page, please select your country using the "Sign Up Now!" box at the bottom of the page and continue through the sign up process.

How will my membership be reflected on my credit card statement?

  • Your credit card statement will read "Verotel Merchant BV" or "Ticketsclub"

How much will I be billed and how often will I be billed?

  • If you purchase a monthly recurring membership, you will be billed  $16.95 and you will be rebilled each 30 days thereafter with 15.00 US$ until you cancel you membership.

  • If you purchase a 3month recurring membership, you will be billed  $40.00 and you will be rebilled each 3 month thereafter with 40.00 US$ until you cancel you membership.

  • If you purchase the 3month membership with no rebilling you not be rebilled after the 3 month.
    Also the purchase over the telephone bill and the online checking are a one-time charge - no rebilling.

I joined up but I don't want my wife/girlfriend to kill me. Will I be on a mailing list?

  • No! I respect your privacy. You will receive one confirmation letter of your membership and if you have recurring billing you will receive an e-mail informing you that your membership is beeing rebilled after the 30 days. You will not be contacted again unless you are corresponding with me regarding your membership. I may also need to contact you if you login information is compromised.

How long does my membership last after I cancel?

  • So, if you are billed on the 1st and you cancel on the 20th, you will still have access to the MEMBER'S AREA until the 1st of the next month!

  • Members must cancel recurring memberships 24 hours before the subscription expires, otherwise, the membership will be renewed automatically every 30 days unless noted differently.  It is the responsibility of the member to cancel on time.

  • Non-recurring ( cancelation of the rebilling) membership will last for  the paid time and will cancel automatically. You will not be rebilled.

  • We are using Secure SSL-Transactions.

  • We accept Visa/Mastercard/JCB

  • Online Checking, 1-900-Phone Billing US
